All prices shown on the site are in Euro (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applied to your order is always the one shown at the time of purchase.

An order is considered accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right not to accept an order if the product is unavailable or the details provided are irregular, and will notify the customer promptly.

We accept credit and debit cards (via Stripe), cash on collection at our showroom, and direct bank transfer, with IBAN details provided when you order.

We ship throughout Italy by courier. Indicative delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in the manner described on our Returns and Right of Withdrawal page.

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

These conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with customers qualifying as consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
